TITLE:                                      FIELD OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ORGANIZATION UNIT: Energy Delivery

 

APPLICABLE TO:                 All Divisions

 

DUTIES:

 

Under indirect and intermittent supervision, in work requiring the exercise of considerable judgment and responsibility; perform a wide variety of moderately complex to complex support responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

 

Compiling, arranging and inputting data; making computations, preparing reports, processing documents, maintaining comprehensive records, filing.

 

Process Company funds when required.

 

Respond to customer (both internal and external) inquiries or direct as appropriate.

 

Utilize different types of maps to obtain information related to job duties. Ensure data is accurately entered into payroll system.

 

Process & validate documentation & information related to construction and trouble/service jobs.

 

Provide support for field personnel.

 

Provide support to engineering and estimating personnel including maintenance of records.

 

Research information and process billing associated with damage to company property and revenue protection.

 

Process invoices and route accordingly.

 

Perform/participate in special projects as assigned and handle special situations which may arise.

 

Perform all related work as required. SPECIAL RESPONSIBLITIES

 

Utilize appropriate software and systems in the performance of job duties, such as, but not limited to word processing, graphics, spreadsheets or other corporate software and web-based programs.
