In reference to your proposed agreement dated June 30, 2005 in connection with "Transfer of Work from Promotional Series 18-3 to Promotional Series 1-10," the Union offers the following counter proposal.
  1.  Employees currently in Promotional Series 18-3 will follow their work into promotional Series1-10.
  2. The reporting location for employees currently in Promotional Series 18-3 will remain unchanged at the present time.
  3. Employees in Promotional Series 18-3 will carry over their promotional series seniority to Promotional Series 1-10.
  4. Promotional Series 18-3 will be eliminated.
  5. This agreement is being reached on a non-precedent setting basis and will not be used by either party to support its position in any other case.

If the Company is in agreement with the above, please return one signed copy.
