LETTER of AGREEMENT 
 

METER DATA CLERK (#3023) Customer Accounts Billing and Control - Promotional Series 1 - 1

Per our previous meeting and conversations regarding moving work from the Meter Data Clerk (3023) position to that of the Bookkeeper (3025) position, this letter is to confirm the agreement reached between the Company and Local 1455.  The following reflects said agreement and addresses the two Meter Data Clerks affected by it.

• All duties performed within the Meter Data Clerk, grade 15 position will be moved into Promotional Series 1-1, Customer Accounts - Billing and Control.  The job spec for the bookkeeper position will be modified to reflect the incorporation of the Meter Data Clerk job duties; a copy of the revised Bookkeeper job spec is enclosed. (See Ameren Job Specifications under Member Activities.)

• Keyla Ward and Quintella Calmese, whom the Union and Company previously agreed to allow a one-time right to the Bookkeeper position, will follow their current Meter Data Clerk work into the Bookkeeper position.  Subsequently, both Ms. Ward and Ms. Calmese will be reclassified as Bookkeepers.

• Promotional Series 1-1, and subsequently Promotional Series 1-45, have been revised per the enclosed.  (See Ameren Promotional Series under Member Activities.) 

• This agreement is being reached on a non-precedent setting basis and will not be used by either party to support its position in any future case.
